As well as Kalidou Koulibaly, who is soon to be announced as a new Chelsea defender, The Blues, and more importantly, Thomas Tuchel, want Kimpembe to join him.
According to Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, The Blues are closing in on a deal to sign the French international, although nothing is done or agreed yet.
Personal terms should not be an issue, but the clubs need to try and agree a fee now to close this one out. Negotiations have been ongoing the last few days and Todd Boehly has been meeting with the PSG director.
There is a chance that Kimpembe would arrive WITH Nathan Ake as well, but that bit is not clear and it might also be just one or the other.

To sum up the last point. This is based on opinion/whispers rather than our own info. As also explained in the article, there is every chance it could be both Ake and Kimpembe.
