Ogun Assembly Passes N100.25bn Supplementary Budget

Ogun State House of Assembly has handed the Year 2022 Supplementary Appropriation Bill of N100, 251,416,938.4 into regulation, expanding the State’s capital expenditure by means of further N70.94Bn, whilst recurrent expenditure will now gulp N182.48bn with a complete of N100.251bn further earnings.

The passage of the supplementary invoice which has now larger the preliminary N350.7bn 2022 Appropriation regulation to a brand new N450.98bn, adopted the presentation of the record of the House Committee on Finance and Appropriation performed by means of its Vice Chairman, Hon. Ganiyu Oyedeji, who thereafter moved the movement for its adoption, seconded by means of Hon. Haruna Wahab and supported by means of the entire House thru a unanimous voice vote.

Consequently, the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Olakunle Oluomo carried out the studying and clause-by-clause adoption of the sectoral allocations at a plenary held on the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
