Some harmful hoodlums have reportedly killed a police officer and set ablaze a patrol car at two checkpoints at Nsukka city within the Nsukka native authorities space of Enugu State, in accordance with SaharaReporters.

According to the {source}, the hoodlums who have been in an SUV first killed a police officer at a checkpoint at Umeano junction earlier than shifting to a different checkpoint at Ibeagwa Ani to burn a patrol van.
SaharaReporters gathered that the policemen at Ibeagwa Ani fled once they may not repel the firepower of the hoodlums.

SaharaReporters had reported that two policemen have been killed in Enugu-Ezike barely two weeks in the past which led the state authorities to declare a curfew in Igbo-Eze South and Igbo-Eze North a couple of days in the past.
