A person has been killed in Anambra state by unknown gunmen.
The incident it was gathered occurred at Nkwelle Ezunaka neighborhood in Oyi LGA of Anambra State.
According to DailyTrust, the gunmen after killing the person left a “sit-at-home” word on his corpse which was dumped on the Triangle axis on the Onitsha-Otuocha street.
Residents suspect that he was killed by members of the banned Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
According to a witness, “The man was delivered to the scene at about 8am on Monday in a Lexus by about 4 armed males who shot into the air.
“The males who wore masks introduced out the sufferer from the automobile and shot him severally till he fell and died immediately.
“After killing him, considered one of them dropped a word on the corpse they usually left. When we finally got here out of hiding to have an in depth have a look at the corpse, we noticed that the word paper they dropped on the corpse bore, ‘Sit at home on Monday’.
“We additionally noticed a police allow (sticker) for tinted windscreen autos which may have fallen from the automobile of the gunmen because the Lexus had tinted windscreens.

The state’s police spokesman, DSP Tochukwu Ikenga, mentioned there was no such info out there to him.
