(Video): Thomas Tuchel says Chelsea are “not safe” in top 4 race

Thomas Tuchel was asked after today’s loss whether he was worried about losing a spot in the top 4, and he insisted that his team are “not safe” despite a cushion over those behind them.

They still have 4 games to play, and that cushion has now evaporated to just 5 points.

Tuchel’s point, ultimately was that the performances in the last 4 games haven’t been good enough, and wouldn’t have been good enough whether they were competing for the league, the top 4 or in a relegation battle.
